Encyclis aims to sustainably enhance the social and physical environment through the provision of
innovative and efficient infrastructure that underpins daily lives, supports communities and enables
economic growth.

Encyclis activities impact and are impacted by the natural environment. The company objective is to meet
our compliance obligations, whether these are legal requirements or obligations set by the company and
our clients.

Encyclis will work towards a climate change adaptation plan to be embedded into the IMS in accordance
with UK and EU legislation.

Responsibilities

This policy applies to all Encyclis employees. The Encyclis Senior Management hold ultimate responsibility
for this policy and are responsible for ensuring it is met within the activities undertaken.

Environmental Impacts

Encyclis will work closely with its employees, clients, partners, local communities, regulators, designers
and supply chain to protect the environment by:
• Preventing pollution
• Improving our energy efficiency by maximising energy recovery
• Monitor and optimise raw material and water usage
• Actively engaging with the local communities where we operate

Continual Improvement

Encyclis is committed to continual improvement in its environmental performance by setting annual targets
and objectives, process optimisation and training of all employees. This policy will be communicated to all
employees, supply chain partners, relevant interested parties and will be reviewed periodically.
